To return or exchange an item you will need to email us @ email@example.com to request a returns label. We will e- mail you by return a PDF Label to use on your Parcel.
Please print off the returns sheet that can be downloaded here - RETURNS FORM and place inside the parcel, so we know who it’s from and what your requirements are.
We strongly recommend using trackable delivery service when exchanging/returning items as we will be unable to refund or replace any items lost by the courier.
Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event of goods being faulty Caledon Club Clothing will pay for the return postage via DPD.

For International returns: please mark your package “goods returned under warranty” please note Caledon Club Clothing will not be able to pay for customs charges incurred when returning items.
When we receive your return, we will aim to process it within 10 working days and will refund you on any monies owing and the return postage only if the goods are faulty (up to the value of £6 UK, $15 US, 10 EUR) directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
Any goods returned by the customer for a refund, excluding those under warranty, are done so at the expense of the customer. All such goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with no signs of wear/damage and with original tags still intact.
We allow customers to return items and will send one exchange (for a SIZE CHANGE ONLY) out free of charge to UK addresses. We are unable to exchange an item more than one time. The item/s will be refunded to you for you to re-order if this is necessary.
If you do have any enquiries about your return once it had been posted, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the date the item was posted, and the items tracking number if applicable.
If you are returning an item from Europe or rest of the world, please you clearly mark your package RETURNED GOODS.
In order to obtain a refund you must return the product or products to us in as new condition. You will responsible for the costs of both delivery and return.
If you return unwanted goods, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the products, excluding the cost of delivery and return.
Refunds can be made to the card used for the original transaction only.
